Refund policy

RETURNS
Our policy provides a 14 day deadline for returns. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
For various types of goods, returns are excluded, such as perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, some health and personal care items and gift vouchers.
Furthermore, pursuant to art.59 of legislative decree 06/09/2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalized.
For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In some cases only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing due to causes unrelated to our error.
*Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

REFUNDS 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received. We will also notify you when your refund request is approved or denied. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method, within a certain number of days. To be entitled to a refund for products returned for change of mind, these must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase, therefore they must be in "like new" condition and ready to be resold. All original seals, labels, boxes or wrappings must be intact. In the absence of this important requirement, the product will be considered "used" and will therefore be returned to the sender with shipping costs charged.

LATE OR UNFULFILLED REFUNDS
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for the refund to be formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time involved when registering a refund.

SALE ITEMS
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for items on sale.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email to shop@eleonorarts.it and send the item to the following address: Via Cacc. delle Alpi, 312 97019 Vittoria RG Italia.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you in person, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of the your return.


SHIPPING

To make a return, send the product to the following address: Via Cacc. delle Alpi, 312 97019 Vittoria RG Italia.
The cost of transport for returns in case of change of mind (right of withdrawal exercisable within 14 days) is always borne by the customer who can choose the courier he prefers for the return.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for your replacement product to be delivered may vary.
If you need to ship an item worth over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
